Dr. Ward is a strategic advisor, consultant and expert on data, AI technologies, crisis management, and law. His focus is on building dynamic, forward-looking policies and practices that integrate data and AI into daily operations, and on responding to urgent, time-sensitive matters.

For governments, agencies, and NGOs, he provides ongoing advice on technology, policy, and responding to complex circumstances, both political and kinetic.
Dr. Ward has a PhD from the University of Oxford, a law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School, and an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University. He is a licensed attorney in the United States, a certified privacy law expert accredited by the European Union, and is an award-winning author.
